Olya Tkachenko Illustrations

The story "Even though I cannot stay" by Rita Graham is dedicated to the sad circumstances some little kids have to meet being a part of a separated family. That was a good opportunity for the illustrator to work on the expressions of the child's emotions as well as draw portraits of people of different nationalities. The light pastel colors of the illustrations should highlight the sensitivity of the young soul of the main character.
